Please read these Terms carefully before using FutureCIA. By using futurecia.com you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

FutureCIA provides a subscription-based CIA exam practice question bank with two tiers — Basic and Pro. Access requires an active paid subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use FutureCIA.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes

4. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. You retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on FutureCIA including practice questions, explanations, and design is the intellectual property of FutureCIA. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Do not reproduce or distribute quiz content outside the platform
• Do not attempt to circumvent subscription requirements
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Disclaimer

FutureCIA is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). We make no guarantee that use of this service will result in passing the CIA exam.

8. Limitation of Liability

FutureCIA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutureCIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
